Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the nearby transport museum and Paultons Family Theme Park. The location is a great base for the New Forest and the South Coast. Make sure to grab a cookie at check-in. the staff are super friendly and welcoming!
We had to wait a bit too long for our evening meal, which dampened the experience a little. Better organization in the kitchen would help.

Close proximity to the port made hopping on a cruise convenient. The complimentary warm chocolate cookies at check-in are a nice treat.
Finding the hotel was a bit of a scavenger hunt. the satnav led me a merry dance, and a simple map could help future travelers avoid the detour. The Queen Guest Room featured a hard bed that offered one of the worst night's sleeps I've had in a year, and the pillows weren't any better—had to resort to using sofa bed cushions. Crayon remnants and discarded cups littered common areas, making it feel chaotic at times, which definitely doesn't suit someone seeking tranquility. Limited hot water in the shower capped off the discomfort nicely.

Comfortable Queen Room with spacious layout.
Our stay was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the breakfast was a disgrace. they ran out of everything essential, leaving us hungry and frustrated. our room was not cleaned properly, with dirty cloths left in the sink. The overall experience felt like the hotel prioritized weddings over regular guests, which was absolutely unacceptable.

Request a cookie at check-in. they’re a delightful touch and a nice welcome after your journey.

Proximity to cruise ports, spacious rooms suitable for group gatherings, complimentary programming for kids
The lack of proper maintenance is quite troubling!!! The fire alarm procedure was chaotic, and the inadequate heating was a nuisance during chilly nights!!! Cleanliness needs serious attention, especially regarding food handling!!!

The hotel's modern lobby and friendly staff made an impressive first impression. Rooms were clean but slightly dated, and although breakfast was decent, there could have been more variety. The restaurant service was lackluster, affecting the overall experience slightly.

The lobby was elegantly decorated and easily accessible, making my arrival very pleasant. Staff assisted me promptly with my luggage, which I appreciated as a senior woman. The atmosphere overall felt welcoming and inviting during my stay.
More assistance options for seniors would be helpful.

I stayed in a Twin Room, and it was really nice. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfy bed. Decor was modern, which made it feel fresh. I didn’t have any major complaints about the room itself. Just the right essentials were there, and it was super easy to feel at home. You know how important vibes are, and this room nailed it!

The breakfast was a real treat with a great selection, and the spacious room made me feel right at home! I especially enjoyed the cozy lounge area and the lovely garden for some quiet time. The only downside was a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊

Solid stay with tasty snacks
We crashed here for a night and it was pretty chill. The room was comfy with a big TV, but nothing too fancy. Free parking was a nice perk, and they surprise ya with warm cookies on check-in! The bar food's decent, though breakfast could've been better, eggs weren't great. just a little dated in decor.
