Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the nearby transport museum and Paultons Family Theme Park. The location is a great base for the New Forest and the South Coast. Make sure to grab a cookie at check-in. the staff are super friendly and welcoming!

The Queen Guest Room featured a hard bed that offered one of the worst night's sleeps I've had in a year, and the pillows weren't any better—had to resort to using sofa bed cushions. Crayon remnants and discarded cups littered common areas, making it feel chaotic at times, which definitely doesn't suit someone seeking tranquility. Limited hot water in the shower capped off the discomfort nicely.
